1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clinova ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Dr. Ahmed Al Naggar under Blaze-Code. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2.Description of Service

Clinova is an AI-powered clinic management platform. It provides:

• Patient record management
• Session tracking with structured clinical data
• AI clinical decision support (advisory only)
• Appointment scheduling with Google Calendar sync
• Team management and multi-doctor support
• Clinical reporting and data export

3.Medical Disclaimer

Important: Clinova's AI features are for clinical decision SUPPORT only. They do not replace professional medical judgment.

• AI recommendations are advisory and must be reviewed by a licensed healthcare professional
• The Platform does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe
• All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating physician
• Evidence search results are sourced from third-party databases and may not be complete

4.User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Clinic admins are responsible for managing doctor access within their clinic
• You must not share your account with unauthorized individuals
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5.Patient Data Responsibility

• You are responsible for obtaining patient consent before entering their data into the Platform
• You must comply with all applicable healthcare data protection laws in your jurisdiction
• You must not enter false or misleading patient information
• Patient data belongs to the clinic. We act as a data processor, not a data controller

6.Google Calendar Integration

• Google Calendar sync is optional and requires explicit OAuth consent
• We only create, read, and delete appointment events created by Clinova
• You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings
• Clinova's use of Google Calendar API adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy

7.Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clinics' data
• Upload malicious files or code
• Overload the Platform with excessive automated requests
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform

8.Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinova and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to clinical decisions made based on AI recommendations.

10.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11.Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
